Chef Matt moved to Loveland, CO from California and had never been fly fishing before. Now that Matt lives in a place of great fly fishing, I felt it my duty to show him what is at his doorstep – The Big Thompson River.

Since he’s a chef, did you save some to broil?
It’s a catch a release river that experienced a historical flood last year. So, every fish matters and will be needed for future generations of fish catching fun. But, I can sell farm raised trout from Idaho to Chef Matt anytime.
